Welcome to the Babysits family! 🏠 You can easily upgrade to a Premium subscription through the Premium upgrade page on our website (after registration) or directly via the Babysits app.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time on the Premium page. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel directly through those platforms. After cancellation, you'll still have access to Premium services until your current period ends.

Absolutely! 🌟 Even after your subscription ends, you can still keep all your existing conversations going. Great news - you can also respond to any new messages from babysitters completely free of charge.

You can update your payment method by going to the Premium section of your account and clicking the 'Update payment method' button.

Not completely satisfied? We offer a full refund within 14 days of starting your first Premium subscription. Simply contact our customer service team, and we'll be happy to help. Please note: This refund policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through Babysits, not through third parties like Apple or Google Play.
